Kidney Problems

About me 24 years old, weight 86 kg, Height is 5 9. Bmi 28 Doctor since last a year or so always felt tired, sleep issues, mood swings and always felt drowsy. Also i go to gym but have hard time loosing weight and body pains a lot Then it got worse i started having difficulty in concentration and used to have brain fog, it was really bad after eating food or if night sleep was less. So really had issues in studying... struggling a lot, only solution i found that helps in clear thinking is naps or bath. Trying to find the issue since long, finally found my testosterone levels are really low 335 for my age and the symptoms of kow testosterone are exactly similar that i face. Also i have a lot of fat in chest due to this issue i think. Kindly please help

Hi Doctors, I have kidney stones and RIRS surgery was performed and DJ stent is placed. Due to infection the Stent had to be removed within 5 days of RIRS. I had uneasiness for couple of days and stone fragments came out for 2 days after stent removal. Its been close to 2 weeks I dont feel any pain, uneasiness or blood in my urine anymore and I feel completely normal. Can I start gym and do minimal workout ?. Is it OK?

When I go for bed and try to sleep my pennies is vibrating and then feel that I Will have to go to washroom why?

I am having pain during urination and having hindrance in urination. It feels like i am having stone in urinary bladder. Shall I need to undergone surgery or it can be removed by medicine ?? Please suggest

Here I m attaching a report where it mentions that calculus is seen in urinary bladder and PVR 85ML IS ALSO RECORDED. LIVER IS ALSO ENLARGED. DOES THAT MEAN STONES OR PATHRI. IS SURGERY THE ONLY CURE.

My specific gravity of urine is 1020 and albumin is + and pus cell is 6-8HPF so is it something serious no hypertension no diabetic

Hi my kid is 2.5yrs old baby boy. I am attaching his Urine Culture reports for reference. In urine routine test his Pus Cells were 8-10hpf. And in Urine Culture the bacteria found is Proteus mirabilis and colony count is >100000cfu/ml. He is having no symptoms and playing normally. Pediatric doctor has prescribed Septran Syrup 5ml - 3 times a day for 5 days. Pls advise if we are going in the right direction and also i want to know how bad is the infection. Urine Culture was repeated twice to double check

In my Ultra Sound it was detected thatGrade 1 prostatomegaly with insignificant post void residual urine  Prostate mildly enlarged measuring 4 * 3.4 * 5.3 cms volume 38.6 cc is this a Big concern Dr and how can it be treated ????.
