Hai i have burning sensation while urinating and after urine analysis showing pus cells 4-6 and rbc 1-2 bacteria seen in urine but urine culture no growth it's uti i have infection or not?

Can a single stone of 10-13 mm in kidney effect the kidney function if it doesn't diagnosis for a long time even if it doesn't giving pain ? Or How long a single stone of 10-13mm in kidney can survive without any diagnosis or pain... Please suggest

I'm aware about that my urine is Bubbles and foamy. But i take adequate water like 3-4 litre water. Still  I got foamy and bubbles urine. There was no symptom, urination speed is also good, no fatigue( i also slow Run for 4-5 km almost 3-4 days per week). So i do a Urine routine test( 2nd urine sample in the morning was given for exam). I have shared my urine routine test. Why I got bubbles and foamy urine instead of taking 3-4 litre water? Plz suggest. Thank you
