Kidney Problems

This is chakravarthy  i 43 yrs old I have urine problem .(optical urotrotonomy operation )balbar and stricture I have done operation. STRICTURE URETRA (Balbar).

Rbc in urine is 20 to 25/hpf. Having cough.fever comes sometimes. Pl recomend best medicine.my fathers age is 81.having co comorbidities.

I just done successfully RIRS surgery of my 11 and 14 mm renal stone. Any medicine, syrup or precaution method for not recurring future renal stone again???

I am currently taking Lactogut UG probiotics since a week. Now i feel some UTI symptoms. Can i give a urine culture while taking probiotics or should i stop probiotics to give culture test ? (Earlier in my past experience few years ago i was on antibiotics and urine culture report showed sterile as antibiotics affected my culture result. I want to know if probiotics also have such effect)

Feeling pain and burning sensation at the end of urination and seen Urination flow break . On ultrasound reports 1. Mild Hydronephrosis on right kidney. 2 . Stone 5mm on Right VUJ. Will it be treated by medication and Drink extra fluid volumes. Or i should go for Ureteroscopy??

I have bladder pain since 9 months..my urine reports came clear every time..ultrasound reports clear..ct scan reports show mildly thik wall..pain on n off..feeling pain when pressed..no urine problem..no urgency and no pain while urination. But fe relax after uribe pass..what should i do..plz help..m worried about bladder camcer
