Can I take cystone and niftas tablet for mild hydronephrosis sir/madam? Sometimes I have flank pain followed by back pain , in my recent report it came I have grade 1 hydronephrosis because of stone

For last 10 days i feel dull pain on the back side and some times front side dull pain under rib cage which comes and go and stay for some minutes. Is it releated to kidney? I have no urine problem. Urine speed is fine and no frequency in urine. Plz suggest.

I am having oily urine. Also when drinking half liter water I have to go urine 2 times in 1 hour. At night, i wake up once. Is it normal? Doctor gave me Zonacin 400 for 21 days. But I am still having issue. Any suggestion is appreciated.

My routine urine test done during May 2022 RBC was 12-15/hpf, when I consulted general physician ,he advised for urine test and culture and sensivity test , Recent report showing RBC 4-6/hpf and culture report" sterile after 24 hours of aerobic incubation at 37৹C" Kindly advise
