I'm placing ultra sound reports please suggest what to do to substain pain in stomach thank u doctors in advance

These are very small stones in the kidney
In case u have severe colicky pain, better to get a ct scan done. There might be a stone stuck in the passage. And if we don’t find anything in ct scan as well, reason for pain is not stone in that case.
