Kidney Problems

I m 65 years of age. CABG BP PATIENT. NO SUGAR. I m facing problem of slow burning forceful urinate since 2 years. No major pain. Urine micro Report. pale yellow, PH 6.0 Alkaline, GRAVITY 1.020  PSA 0.69 ng USG prostate 48 cc volume, 7.8mm bladder Prevoid 150 cc postvoid 60 cc Gall bladder Collapsed Other value normal Pl suggest remedy for speedy recovery. Allopathy and Homeopathy too pl.

After peeing two to three drops of urine leak happening and up to 5 mins unable to walk properly. I am not consulted doctor yet. This phenomenon is from 4 to 5 years, now I am getting urine leak in sleep at certain times.

My mother in law is 66 yeara old. she was dignosed with both kidney failure and is having dialysis twice a week for last 2 years. can she takle paracetamol when felt feverish??? does paracetamol have any side effect for such kind of patients??

My one kidney is failed ( DTPA scan shows that left one is 9% and the right one is 90% ) And I really don't want to remove it. My question is that *Can damaged kidney affect the healthy Kidney?*

I am unable to tolerate the pain in my abdomen and at the lower back. After taking the suggested fluids, it adds to vomiting sensation. Dear sir, I am suffering from frequently urination at night and some times daytime also. Recently visited urologist he tested urine test and urineflow test, HBA1C test. Repors are normal light  sugar prasent in urine. He is given medicines vesifa 5, pantop 40, fosfomcon syrup. I used 10 days but problem not solved. Kindly suggest permanent solution

My cousin is having consistent urge to urinate all the time before she sleeps at night. She has been on medication solicept 5 mg from one month but no improvement is there. Does she need Cystocop y? Is this serious?
