Feeling pain when bladder is full

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I feel pain in lower abdomen, lower back and sometimes in pelvic area when bladder is full. Also gas while peeing. Sometime it seems bladder is not emptying. When I drive my car, I feel pressure on bladder and more urge to urine

You seem to have a urinary tract infection which gives a feeling of fullness of the bladder . You should get urine routine examination, urine culture, and ultrasound scan of KUB area. You will need appropriate antibiotics. If these things don't help you will need cystoscopy and further investigations.
