Burning sensation while urination and continous urination after every 4-5 mins need to urinate from last 1-2 hrs today

Hello doctor, This is concerning my mother who is 56 years old. She's physically active and with no history of diabetes or hypertension. Since 5 6 days she's getting fever of 100-101 degrees. Yesterday she ws advised urine test and the pus cells showed a count of 35-40. They have advised urine culture and usg too. She has no symptoms while passing urine. But she complains of feeling bloated in the lower abdomen with some swelling. Can there be anything serious? Please help. Thank you.

In October 2021,during my regular i suffered from bowel inflammation and pain,the ultrasound also revealed presence of 8mm stone in one and a 4mm stone in another kidney. I was under medical treatment for about 1 month.Then my problem disappeared. Since then I did not faced any problem but from a last few weeks I am facing pain urination , sometimes burning sensation and frequent urination.(not Regular but occasionally) I am suspecting,that this may be related to my kidney stones problem. I need your help in this regard,so that I can get rid off from stones.

I got urine test done. I have UTI. As my my culture report,the urologist prescribed nitrofurantoin 200 for 7 days. I took the medicine and pus cells decreased from 25-30 to 20 -25 but did not come down to normal range. Should I take the medicine for a few more days or change it?

Hi. My mom is experiencing sever burning sensation while urinating since a month. I have visited Many docs but no solution yet. She feels like vomiting too and unable to eat anything. 10 days back when I did creatinine and urea ratio test the readings are Microalbumin random urine >3800 mg/l and creatinine urine random is 77 and albumin creatinine Ratio is >4935.06
