Kidney Problems

Sir i have stone 5mm size in right upper kidney and 6mm in right lower ureter. But i have take k mac syrup. I have problem of pain and fever. Is it not affect to take medicine paracetamol to cure fever. And is it possible to pass 6mm calculus by drinking more and more water. And what are fruits or vegitable should be take to cure this. How long does it take yo cure this both from kidney and lower ureter

All reports are normal but creatinine is bit high.any thing to worry.dont eat red meat fish or milk products
