Hi sir, Is ZSR circumcission available in manipal or appollo hospitals ? If not, Why zsr is not available in manipal or appollo ? Went for consultation in manipal for circumcission doctor said will do conventional circumcission but there is no mention of zsr circumcission. Over the internet I can see lot of positive comments over zsr circumcission. Bit Confused here ?

My father age 72 is diabetic having issues of frequent urination and burning sensation since last 3 days in emergency doctor prescribed oflox and alkacitral is frequency is improved from average 10 minutes to 2-3 hours. Urine routine leukocytes esterase positive, RBC 10-13 hpf, pus cells 5-7 but culture report shows no bacteria growth. Usg abdomen enlarged prostate 5.1x4.3x4.1 cm with 47.7 cc volume, grade 1 fatty liver rest all normal please advise

4 years ago I got affected by jaundice that time my uric acid was high after that most of the time my urine was yellowish I told many times to dr but they told me to drink enough water but till now the problem continued yesterday I asked for a urine test and the rbc is 4.0/hpf and I was advised to do a ultrasound which I am moving forward to. Can anyone suggest how this problem need to be addressed inorder to treat well.
