Kidney Problems

I am unable to tolerate the pain in my abdomen and at the lower back. After taking the suggested fluids, it adds to vomiting sensation. The thought of vomiting with all these pain, makes me stop taking food and water. The pain gets aggravated during nights. I am suffering with sleepless painful nights. Kindly suggest me a good remedy. Please see the attached scan copy

Dear sir, I am suffering from frequently urination at night and some times daytime also. Recently visited urologist he tested urine test and urineflow test, HBA1C test. Repors are normal light  sugar prasent in urine. He is given medicines vesifa 5, pantop 40, fosfomcon syrup. I used 10 days but problem not solved. Kindly suggest permanent solution

During my yearly tests in ultrasound scanning it's been diagnosed as grade1 prostatomegalay with post void residual urine with measurements of 3.8×3.53.6cm,vol = 25.3 cc, my age is now 44 and taking BP tablet telmaAM in the morning I am nonalcoholic with no smoking habit and does walking for 45 minutes daily. Please suggest do I need to take any action in this regard, all other tests are normal except the fatty liver
