Kindly check my Kidney reports
Hi,
I am sharing my Kidney function test as well as Urine reports.
I have already on my thyroid medicines 100 mcg and vitamin d as well as nasal spray of b12 and iron supplements.
I have checked that I have fatty liver and started treatment for it too as I was having gastric issues and I took medicines given by doctor for it..
Lately I was getting Foamy urine so doctor suggested me to do Kidney function test as well as Urine test.
Can someone check my reports and tell is it okay as my doctor said it was okay but still wanted second opinion.
