Kidney Problems

I am having oily urine. Also when drinking half liter water I have to go urine 2 times in 1 hour. At night, i wake up once. Is it normal? Doctor gave me Zonacin 400 for 21 days. But I am still having issue. Any suggestion is appreciated.

My routine urine test done during May 2022 RBC was 12-15/hpf, when I consulted general physician ,he advised for urine test and culture and sensivity test , Recent report showing RBC 4-6/hpf and culture report" sterile after 24 hours of aerobic incubation at 37৹C" Kindly advise

Can varicocele be cured if i get the micro surgery and it is true that hormones get affected in varicocele , I most of the times feel anxiety ,confusion and much more . Are these symptoms related to it .

Symptoms : I'm experiencing frequent urination and continuous urge for urination from last 40 days. 1.My post void residue of bladder is normal. 2. Fungus culture urine is negative. 3. I am urinating once in every hour since 2 years. I consulted many doctors intially i had UTI which got cured with antibiotics and the report came Normal but I still had frequent urination i consulted 3 urologists till now, the abdominal USG, Urinalysis, thyroid, Fasting & Random blood sugar, urine culture reports came Normal. they said i have over active bladder and i took Terol LA and amoxyclav for 30 days found no relief and i stopped taking any medicine as i am tired of taking tablets since 1 year.
