Very low pain in scortum left side only 6 to 7 times a day , recently gastric reached peaks , so what's the cause, symptoms only occasionally pain in left side lower pelvic region to scortum , no pain in urination

The pain might be due to dilated tortuous veins called varicocele. It does not sound like infection

1. get a Doppler USG done of the scrotum, as well as ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done. 2. wear scrotal supporter.
