Observed less pain from lower pelvic to scortum left side only 3 to 4 times a day while sitting, what's the cause, I encountered gastric from 2 days , after this I noticed this

There might be multiple reasons for the pain 1. It could be stone in The ureter 2. Soft tissue pain( muscles ) 3. Entritis if it is associated with diarrhea/ fever
