Pelvic Pain
I have Thyroid and UTI problem.. also deficiency in Vitamin D. I am taking medication since last 2 months.. From last 3-4 days I am having severe bodyache and today I got unbearable pelvic pain too.. I am taking medicine regularly.. What should I do to avoid these pains?

You need to know the cause of the pain for which some investigations are needed. Severe pain and pelvic pain can be due to UTI For pain you can take tab voveron on sos basis And start tab levoflox 500 mg HS SYP CITRA alka 10 ml TDS FOR 2 weeks At 28 yrs recurrent UTI is not common Do you have any history of fever also?

I would sugggest you to go in person to a specialist ( first to a gynaecologist) for a thorough check up. Its unlikely to be a UTI. Dont start any medicines without consulting.
