Is the Pelvic pain due to UTI

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Does the UTI happen to a male person who is still a virgin ? If yes - does it cause pelvic pain ( inner thigh , Penis pain , pubic bone ) . Also my Penis become dry & weak enough cause pain during hard erection . Pls suggest me how I check for this whether it is UTI or any other thing
