Pain in the pelvic region

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been experiencing urinary frequency and discomfort for almost a week and now I have pain in my pelvic region mostly on the left side. Pain is constant but waxing and waning. Sometimes I get sharp pain. Is it a UTI or some other issue? What antibiotic should I take. Please help.
