Pain in left side scortum
A vericocle surgery was done in 2023 and now from few days pain or burning sensation is there in the left side of scrotum .... And we are planing for baby but the penis is active for 2-3 minutes and the ejculation is not happen some time..... The report of USG hi also done And it's show Few pampiniform plexus veins measuring upto 2.4 mm noted in the left upper scrotum posteriorly however no reflux is seen on valsalva in standing/supine position (hemodynamically insignificant And I minimum hydrocele
