Kidney Problems

Since 3 days, I have slight numbness / discomfort in the area after urinating. This does not happen everytime. This discomfort happens when bladder is not completely full. Urine routine is negative. Urine culture no growth. Ultrasound all normal. Any treatment required for this problem or will it cure on its own? Note : I had got UTI 5 months ago and taken Bactrim DS and cured UTI completely in the past.

Since 3 days i am urinating every one/two hours. Total 12 times. At night 2 times. Slight pain and discomfort in bladder area and back pain. There is no pain while urinating and colour is very faint yellow. I drink 1 and half litre water daily. Is this normal?

I was diagnosed with stone in ureter. Uteroscopy with dj stenting was done on 10th . Now after 15 days on 25th suddenly there was / is blood in the urine . Is it something very strange or it can happen sometimes ? I had walked about 2-3 km just before finding that there was blood

8 to 10 pus cells in urine routine. But no bacteria growth in urine culture. No symptoms of UTI. Is there any problem if pus cells are 8 to 10? Should this be treated?

Got UTI in Feb 2022. Got culture test done and took Bactrim DS for 5 days and got relief from UTI. But since April i am getting dull and constant pain in left lnguinal region. This pain randomly starts after i urinate. The pain stops suddenly stops around 3rd or 4th urination. The cycle keeps repeating. I recently got ultrasound, urine routine and urine culture done. No problem was found in ultrasound. No UTI was detected in culture or routine. Have visited few urologists but have got only painkillers for temporary relief. I want to know what exactly is the issue. I visited several urologists in past two months but they could not find out the problem. Please suggest what could be the issue.

For over an year now I am suffering from these symptoms. After urinating I feel burning sensation around my genitalia and lower abdomen. The symptoms were relieved a bit during my periods. I have consulted both urologist and gynaecologist. The gyno treated me for all possible general infections all test normal. In the urine culture test I repeatedly kept having Klebseilla pneumonia and the urologist gave Monocef injections and that was the only time I could urinate properly without any burning or feeling of heaviness. Some days after this treatment my reports came normal but doctor suggested I had problem with my bladder and it was retaining some urine. Fast forward to now I am still having these symptoms and it is most prominent after waking up in morning and before going to sleep after urinating. I am taking sitz bath and drinking more water but still these symptoms are reoccurring, please help me this is affecting me mentally and taking a toll on my mental health. Please advice.

Sir my age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose 3 intial dose UpTo 6 months of birth and one booster at 18 months then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection for scratch at 15 years of age current age 17 years then taken one tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 before 8-9 months and one tetanus toxoid injection before 7 days for injury but today I got injured in soil as heard that tetanus bacteria found in soil does I need tetanus immuglobin now as tetanus toxoid injection don't provide instant immunity and I have taken before 7 days only do I need tetanus immuglobin now please tell
