My dad is 58 yes, under medication in silodal for last 1 month He was admitted in hospital for 15days because of UTI infection and fever Now we did an psa test and usg pre void and post void (Prostatic specific antigen Biological reference range is 0.0-4.0 Test result 0.417) (USG of Abdomen and pelvis *Borderline splenomegaly *Bilateral cortical cysts with extensive parenchymal calcific specks * Bilateral multiple tiny renal cysts * Thickened urinary bladder wall with significant post void residue chronic recurrant cystitis bladder outlet obstruction to be ruled out (stricture urethra) Is it normal Or Can we cure with medicine Is it very serious
