Pus cell 12-15 but no bacteriainfection
My mother is 60yr old and currently taking glycomet, telconal(bp), thyroxin tablets,we took a health package and all her reports are normal but In the urine test report the urine is hazy and shows a pus count of 12-15. So we ran a culture test But in the urine culture report it shows no bacterial growth with a few pus cells seen. Do we need to start any medicine or need to see a doctor. Pls help

Is she having any symptoms? Did she take any medication (antibiotics in particular) in the past? It might be sterile pyuria but the cause needs to be ruled out.
Next Steps
consult a urologist if symptoms are there.
Health Tips
physical examination along with an USG abdomen and pelvis will help
