Epididymitis and Urine Blockage
I have been diagnosed with epididymitis and having urinary hesitancy. I have to push pelvic muscles to make pressure to urinate, sometimes it takes 10 mins to pass. I also do have dysnergia (weak pelvic muscles). I'm attaching my urine flow and USG reports. Do i have enlarged prostate?

It is not due to enlarged prostate.
You most probably have a neuromuscular voiding problem that should be evaluated by further tests.
