Epididymitis Not Going Away

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I m 18 year old male...suffering from non STI right epididymitis diagnosed through ultrasound.. from last 60 days..my both testicles hurt..and i have taken many antibiotics and painkillers suggested by doctors but pain and redness is still there...please suggest me the best treatment because i am getting mentally disturbed from this pain

It might be tubercular infection. First have to rule out TB epididymis by urine for TB PCR, and urine fie AFB. Or FNAB from swelling/epididymis. Have to examine physically
