From the last 15 days I took urifast and pantocid and they gave me relief but now after medication's course it's burning again and I m going to bathroom again why?

Got my urine culture done,it teste negative but have got bacteria cocci (390) in urine. I had fever which comes and goes,that is why i got tested. Pls suggest the next course. Is it possible to have bacteria in urine but a -ve culture

During my yearly tests in ultrasound scanning it's been diagnosed as grade1 prostatomegalay with post void residual urine with measurements of 3.8×3.53.6cm,vol = 25.3 cc, my age is now 44 and taking BP tablet telmaAM in the morning I am nonalcoholic with no smoking habit and does walking for 45 minutes daily.
