Kidney Problems

Ultrasound Report, Both kidneys normal in size and shape. They show normal parenchymal echogenicity  and cortico medullary differentiation. Left Kidney measures~ 11.0 x 5.2 cm and shows dilated pelvicalyceal system with dilated proximal ureter. An echogenic focus measuring~ 6mm noted at mid ureter giving posterior acoustic shadowing - s/o ureteric calculi. Should I prefer surgery or drink lots of water and expect urine excretion of the stone.

Hello doctors kindly please read it. Sometimes I feel while starting urine something is holding or blocking it for 2-3 seconds. After starting urine it doesn't burn but sometimes feels little warm. Occasional urethral burning if less urine or while giving pressures in pooping. I have gas problem and acidity problem. Consulted A well known urologist 2 times he said u r absolutely normal. I don't find any problem. Your thinking and taking stress about it is making you feel more about it. Some changes are normal with hormonal change in 20s. He did physical examination 2 times and said to just maintain hygiene. I was stressed about Prostatitis or Prostateproblem but he said u r normal. Nothing is there. He only told to do urine routine test and that came normal. At last he said he didn't found any problem but if you still want to satisfy your mind get your CT scan plain pelvis abd. Am I normal ? He said outside food and stress can cause occasional urine burning.

I got punch on scrotum , that day i feel normal but next day slight pain occured on right side of scrotum , feel achy till today

Hi Doc, My father from sometimes is facing issue whenever he feels high pressure for urine the urine passes and he is unable to control it.. He is on diabetes (glycomet-500) and bp medicine(telpil-40). Is there something serious and can it be treated with medicines.

Hello doctor, I do kegal exercise for last 3 months and drink 1-2 litre water per day. Form last week I feel left side pelvic lower abdomen pain and back pain and smelly Urine. No another symptoms like fever or no burning urine. Is this urine tract infection??? If this is UTI then please suggest some good and safe medicine for this. Feel pain in left side of lower pelvic and pain comes and goes. Please help me. Please suggest some good medicine.

Hi Doctor my husband under went bilateral kidney stent procedure 50 days back but from a week he is seeing blood in the urine and he has pain while walking and has a burning sensation while passing the urine. When we consulted a doctor they told us may be UTI and gave given the antibiotics. But after completing the course he has a too much pain. May I know the reason? And also we are planning to travel 500k if it safe?

I have started pricking like pain in my lower left abdominal area  3 week back... It happens mostly when in sitting posture. sonography / CT scan / colonoscopy reports were normal... Please check my report and let me know the possible reason for my pain.

I have facing UTi after 1 year and couple of months my stone size 3.6mm my doctor said it is small no matter its minor but m facing frequent urination or urgent need to go urination. I need to know m taking mirago bcoz i have OAB (OverActive Bladder) or uTI same thing, m facing Recurrent UTI bcoz m not using continuous medicine that's why this symptoms comes again and again plz help doctor can I go kidney doctor or urologist is ok? I done all my test like CT scan, ultrasound,urine culture, uroflowmentary test ,and sugar high uric test and many more,can I take Mirago 25MG continuously or not.i hand little stone in my baldeer or kidney it's 3.6MM size or 2MM only it's related with UTI my doctor it's doesn't matter. I said after surgery stone is gone maybe this pro blem is completely gone my doctor urologist said no it doesn't connect with your UTI nothing need to remove with surgery it's gone automatically with or without medicine it's minor size can take Mirago 25MG for long time or not

Hi , recently experienced pain on the right side of the back , got CT done. A 6*5.5 mm stone shows in Right proximal Ureter causing mild hydroureteronephrosis. Can this pass out naturally ? Taking urimax 0.4 at night. Also , thinking to go for ESWL , does that work if stone comes at distal position in Ureter ? I don't want to go for surgery. Also , learning about ESWL machines best ones ( Dornier 2,3 ) available in govt hospitals..does it matter?

What does AST level of 60.4 and ALT level of 81.2 mean ?? Does this need treatment ? Please suggest the next steps .
