Grade 1 prostatomegaly
I had lower abdomen pain from last week, yesterday i do usg abdomen and pelvis which states Grade 1 prostatomegaly and size is 32cc, no kidney stone and urine routine is normal. now i feel pain in lower abdomen kindly suggest.

Pain might be due to urine infection ( cystitis) or rarely prostate infection
