Is my body  has got resistant to this antibiotics or is it the bacteria resistancy to this meds? What am i suppose to do please me my symtopms are getting improved after using antibiotics like amikacin

My Brother Had 18MM Kidney Stone Which Has Been Removed By A Laser Surgery, It's Been 10 Days Now Since The Surgery And Doctor Had Told Us That There's A Hole In His Back For Microscope, Which Has Been Closed By 1-2 Stitches, And Now It's Been 10 Days But Some Part Of Stitches Wire Is Outside, And We Did Surgery In A Different City So Can't Go For A Follow Back Visit, So My Questions Are :- 1) Will These Stitches Get Dissolved Or They Have To Be Removed? 2) Can The Patient Bath Without Covering The Stitches Or Not? And Will There Be Any Infection? 3) And Does The Patient Have To Follow A Proper Diet Even After The Surgery? And Can The Patient Eat Whatever He Want Cuz The Stone Has Been Removed Now? Recently I have been observerving my urine colour becoming darker (dark yellow colour), Observed usually In morning or I skip drinking water for atleast 6 hrs. Colour gets diluted if I drink more water. I have no other symptoms, No back pain and no skin rashes neither I see any weight loss. At night while i was about to sleep i felt slight feeling of urination but before i could go to pee i feel asleep. I woke up in the morking with a sensation of urination and went to pee. Was i holding pee all night. Will it burst my bladder. Or is it normal. As the urge to pee at night was not so strong.
