Sir My age is 27years Last November I got uti cleared up in 1day after using antibiotics puss cells were 8hpf in nov 2021 Again I got urinary tract infection now in July 2022 again cleared in 2nd day of my anti biotic therapy both were mild infections Why am I getting frequent uti ... Please suggestions I searched in internet chronic bacterial prostatis causes recurrent utis... Please i am worried my puss cells were never above 10 hpf...

PSA Level has been very high since few months. Was treated for pneumonia in hospital where he stayed for few days. There was urine retention also, but got treated in hospital with catheter and Silodal D. Silodal D continued for 2 months, which releived in urine passage. As the body condition was not good, biopsy was postponed. Even now physical condition not good, lot of weakness so not ready for biopsy. PSA Level is 56, could be cancerous. What to do ? Shall we just continue Silodal D forever ?

I am taking cefixime and citralka for uti...as there was bacteria positive in urine examination report...I got my periods today and the blood appeared to be thick black...is this something to worry ? Also since last 2 days, I am having continuous unstoppable coughing...my chest burns...what should I do ?

The patient has prostate enlargement grade 2 and urethra stricture. Has problems urinating and now there is an improvement. Should there be a gap between 2 rgu tests? Can it be done often? Is there a problem with the dye used for rgu? Will the dye leave the body automatically? Patient also feels restlessness n jittery? Is it side effects of the medicines taken? The medicines taken are silodosin d8, maxvoid 4 mg, gabantin 100 mg.

I have been advised to take citralka fluid and cefixime tablets for uti ..after taking citralka, suddenly the colour of urine has become yellow...is this because the bacteria are getting out via urine ?

I am a 28 year male. I have had frequent urination for more than 1 year now. My doctor gave me medication for overactive bladder (solicept, mirabig) but recently I did a urodynamic study test and uroflowmetry test. In my urodynamic study I was diagnosed with underactive detrusor. My doctor ask me to take urotone ds but instead I'm having more frequent urinations. Two weeks ago had c-section done. I am able to pee, not feeling any pai when peeing however I do not feel the need to pee or bladder pressure that I need to go and pee. Is this normal?
