Kidney Problems

Getting  UTI from last 5 years. Have taken almost all antibiotics. But no use. As long as I take antibiotic it is controllable but when I stop taking antibiotics then it reoccurrce. Please suggest how to get rid off this.

What do AST levels of 60.4 and ALT levels of 81.2 mean ?? Pls explain.Does this need treatment ? What should be the next steps now ?

Sir 40 days my open pyeloplasty was done on left side, 3 days back my dj stent was removed after dj stent removal I'm suffer with the flank pain , fever and shivering, I had taken the Blood test of CBP. WBC is 13500, RBC is 5.08, Serum Creatinine is 1.3, My pain , Fever and chill was not controlled what should I do, Is that common or not after dj stent removal.

I am 27 years old male . Since childhood I can't neglect urge of passing urine as it is so intense and Urine amount in each voiding is only 150 -200 ml. This problem is since childhood . No other problem . Ultrasound report shows normal urinary bladder. This is a problem or not ???
