A lower abdominal pain with a urinary urgency could be due to cystitis, ureteric stones, bladder stones, infection ( which could be present even if urine test does not show it) , tuberculosis etc. A battery of investigation is required to determine the exact cause.

get a USG abdomen and pelvis, urine routine microscopy, urine culture sensitivity, complete blood count, kidney function test
