Kidney Problems

Hi, some 25 days back, I has UTI 10-15 Pus Cells, 4-6 RBC, Albumin Trace & In culture, Scanty Growth of EColi is identified. Took Nitrofurantoin for 10days and  starred to drink 3lt of water everyday. While checking the Urine routine analysis again, now seeing 4-6 Pus Cells., rest RBC is NIL, Albumin NIL. 4-6 Pus Cells still cause any further issues?

I had pcnl surgery one month back. Stent was removed after 1 month b(5th of this month). I get mild pain when i walk or get up. How long will this pain last. Its not very painfull but like something is held up near the left side. I am voiding normally 330 ml evry time.

I went through ESWL twice in 2017-18 however I am not been able to get rid of stones. Both in left kidney and ureter. I got a USG on 22 August with two stones in kidney of 4.7&4.9 each. However, for past few days i have pain towards left ureter and lower back. After two painful experience in the past- 1.Should i go for another USG 2. Can I ever be able to get rid of stones 3. Never seen any stone coming out so don't know what is the cause. 4. Does it need any metabolic treatment? Please help! Thank you
