Kidney Problems

Hi, 3 years back I went for ultra sound scan for kidney for general check up at that time kidney size were right 10.1cm and left 11.2 And recently 1 month back went for scanning the size was right 9.5 left is 11.2 what might e the reason pls suggest

Sir... My penile opening (urethra) have red rashes in both sides since two week... No other irritations.. I consult a near ufologist and he prescribe a antibiotic for 1 week.. But there is no change... What can i do next??... Looking forward for your replay.. Please help..

Hello Doctor, I have exposure on 08-apr-2022,then I took test hiv antibody immunichromatography test on 30-apr-2022 which is non reactive. Then I took DUO combo antigen/antibody test on 18-may-2022 which 0.02 non reactive. Then I took test of hiv antibody immunichromatography on 12-jul-2022 which is non reactive.should I test again after 6 months as some doctor says window period is 6 months. Please suggest.

From some days pain and irritation after urinating..not able to empty bladder all at once... Pre void 260 cc ...post void 130 cc...got tested (20-25) pus cells in urine test. No stones in kidney. Taking zenflox 400 from 4 days...twice in a day If i miss dose ..urination again becomes hard and irritating Please suggest is it alarming or just UTI Should i continue course of medication. And if yes for how much time.

4 years back I go to uretroscopy to remove blockage stoner 4mm&5mm in ureter.now I hav pain in left side I done usg abdomen report says 2.5 mm stone in mid calyx of right kidney.2.9mm kstone in lower calyx of left kidney mild pcs dilation.iam not to want any surgery.any other treatment is there for it.please advice

My father's creatinine is 1.2,viz 0.1 above normal according to that lab levels,but the rest of rft is normal,is there any problem with his kidneys.

I have seen foam in urine since 1 month and frequent urination and use OAB tablets for 20 days and 5 days antibiotics, went for albumin and protein test for urine, urine protein is 8mg/dl, NIL protein in urine test, creatine level also Normal which is 0.8... what might be the reason please suggest

My RBc in urine is 1-2hpf occasional (microscopic) should I worry about it and also I will go more frequently for urine when I drink water
