Kidney Problems

I'm 25 years of age I got US abdomen yesterday for other reasons and every sectional report is normal but prostate size is 3.2*4.2*3.3 vol 24gms and grade 1 prostatomelagy but I've no symptoms

I got US abdomen yesterday. Everything is normal except prostate which is showing 3.2*4.2*3.3 vol 24gms nd grade 1 prostatomelagy.

I am having cramp like pain on the penile side of the anus. I had trouble passing stool 3-4 days back as it was constipated. Since then I have started getting this problem. There is no bleeding or lumps like in piles. Till today it pains while stool passing and the pain persists for a few hours and it pains just as passing stool when I fart. After a few hours there is no pain at all until i pass the  stool. The pain is more like cramps (feels muscular) rather than burn or so. Need some suggestions

Right kidney stone approx 20 mm in size.pls suggest that surgery is only option to remove stone or ny medicine...???

My father saw slightly reddish urine for the first time before 2 days. After taking Alkasol and Offlomac tablets slightly better like 80%. No pain in stomach. No fever. I have attached his urine report. Have attached Diabetes report as well which is fine. Please advise
