If a cyst in the kidney is found to be ANECHOIC in ultrasound, can it be considered a simple Cyst and benign?

Hi Few bumps have appeared in my genital region, specifically near crevices and they itch a lot. And my perineum region has swelling too. It doesn't hurt. I can't understand what this is and which doctor to consult. I also have lower back pain only on my left side. It started when these bumps appeared. Kindly suggest what is this disease and which which doctor should I consult.

Hi , I've had a feeling of bladder semi fullness and needing to pee but sometimes i find it hard to start peeing this has been happening for around 5-7days. i suspect i could have a uti or some issue with my prostate , i want to get a urine culture done for now. I want to know what's the major difference between a Complete urine examination and a urine culture and which test is better and gives a more detailed report if there is any sort of infection.

I get this burning sensation while urinating and also I get frequent urination. Also there are times where I feel the pressure but nothing is coming out. Any medication I can take to subside this.

I had an ultrasound for some purpose and an anechoic small cyst of size 1.7*1.55 mm is found in my left Kidney. Is it cancerous or something to be worried about or normal?

Specific gravity is 1.010 and reference value is 1.016- 1.022. Is there any problem or it is normal?
