RIGHT DISTAL URETER SHOWS CALCULUS OF APPROXIMATE SIZE 4.5MM CAUSING UPSTREAM HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS (grade ll/lll).
Would this 4.5mm calculus will pass through urine after taking medicine...

In all possibility this 4.5mm calculus in the distal ureter would pass off on its own with increased fluid intake and certain medication like alpha blocker( tamsulosin/ silodosin) etc.
Next Steps
consult a urologist for proper evaluation and management and get a NCCT kub done.
