Kidney Problems

Hi pls Suggest me i am having 3 big stone in my both kidney 14mm,8mm,7mm I am taking noculi b6 syrup will it work please suggest me? I don't want to go for surgery.

Actually i had uti from past few years and I took urifast for a few months recently my uthera burning has stopped completely but my lower abdomen and back. Has started paining so much constantly and for one day I had stinging pain under my belly button to my abdomen, does my uti turned u ti a bladder or kidney infection

In Urine Test All other Parameters NIL BUT CRYSTAL 5-6 HPF IS IT NORMAL? OR ANY ISSUES PLEASE GUIDE ME

Why i am getting heaviness besides navel while urinating and I have taken usg abdomen and it shows some cystisis changes and slight kidney swelling due to those causes I am getting or any serious gastro issue? Having frequent urination after every 50 mins. Intially usg suggested urethral stones but later usg ruled it out as well as Xray ruled stone out. Plus doctor said if there is a urethral stone, urine won't pass Now facing frequent urination since last night after every 50 mins with bladder uncomfort. Kindly suggest course of action. Already taking alfuzocin from 2 weeks.

I have 3.5 stone on right kidney diagnosed on 1 june, treatment of homeopathy is taking. 3 day before on 9.8.22 pain is started during urination and urine color was dark yellow, after this prblm  on 11.8.22 during retention on urine for usg and forced urination after that pain stop and normal urination one day but now pain is slightly less than before during urination. I am talking medicine levomac 500 OD and urikind bd and alkasol from today. Kindly suggest any further change required??

Diagnosed with Prostatitis by cystoscopy and urine culture test shows no Bacteria found and also take medicine( Niftas, alkaline for one month) by the adv. Of doctor. This case was detected in the year feb, 2020. Now I have no problem and no symptom execpt Some times there is bubbles in urine. Also do a urine routine test Which is normal execpt Pus cell: 2-3 . What should I do now? Thank you

My mother is 46 years old having pain in back and groin area from last 10 months it goes and comes back and weakness and blood in urine..Today she gone for some tests...I m attaching her reports.
