High Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio

I recently got my UPCR test done and the value is a little high. Random Urine Creatinine Enzymatic:6.1 mg/dL Urine Protein Concentration: 2.9 mg/dL Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio is 0.48 I am worried,is it critical or can it be managed in diet changes ? I am an active person and I work out everyday

There is no need to worry. It is possible these high values may be due to inadequate hydration,or protien supplements.
