Increased urine creatinine level
My father ( 52 ,known diabetic,known hypertensive) is having high urine creatinine level (250 mg/dL) with normal blood creatinine (0.8 mg/dL) during routine blood test. What could be the reason

Creatinine will be high in urine.... rather check protein in urine...
