Hi doctor,i am currently suffering from thyroid, diabetes and arthritis.I am under medication but there is extreme swelling in my scrotum...it sometimes decreases...there is no pain but a lot of discomfort.sometimes my whole body swell up...due to arthritis i can't walk...

Im recently get ultra sound and report showing This type. Prostate : smaller in size volume 2.6cc normal in shape and hypoeechoic in echo texture How i conclude this report, I am mastrabate every day this cause effect on my prostate smaller pls suggest me what can I do

I have frequent episodes of urine infections. Don't know whether it is infection or not. Symptoms- constant urge to urinate, but hardly any urine passes when the episode is going on. I don't have symptoms like fever,chills, lower back pain, stomach ache. This episodes occurs atleast 4 times a week. I get very irritated in this time. Please help

I urinate 9-10 times in 24 hours including the morning washroom process. Is it normal or abnormal? I have no pain or any other symptoms

I am having burning sensation after urinating and this is the third time in 45 days my ultrasound is normal urine culture test is also normal then why I have having this problem t I am suffering from constipation and internal piles  due to which I have to applay extra pressure while passing stool and a notice that whenever I apply pressure I get this problem so what should I do please guide please help me I am very sad due to this

I am facing problem of urge of frequent urination at nights from past two days. Though I do not have any issue in urinating but I feel like to urinate just after I finished urinating. I am also having back pain and pain in my lower abdomen.
