Does routine sonography every six month
But last time it shows in sonography report he has mild bulky prostate size and what does it mean by few specs calcification?what is normal prostate size?
Currently no urinary problem asymptomatic,urine in full flow no pain or burning by god grace
It was just found in routine otherwise we were un aware

Normal prostate size is 18-20 g which starts to grow with age. If there are no symptoms then no treatment is needed
