Diagnosed enlarged prostate in jul 21. Psa level are jul 21: 1.02, march 22: 1.13 and in March 23 it is 1.61. Prescribed alfuzocin 10 for 9 month from mar 22 to dec 22. Then doctor stopped it with instruction to again continue if problem occurs.
It is bc in ultrasound in Dec 22 , retention was in traces.
My question is that whether this increase in psa is alarming or it is still normal.
Prostate size is approx 35 ml from jul 21 to march 23.
