My father has been diagonsed with 2 stones in kidney of size 32 mm and 12 mm, what should we do?when should we get him operated?

My father is 67 years old and we have taken urine test for him as he mentioned color of his urine is yellow for quiet sometime. In the Urine test report, it was mentioned below Pus cells - 25 to 30/HPF RBC - 4 to 5/HPF Epithilial Cells - 4 to 6 / HPF What does this mean? Can you please provide your valuable guidance . I'm attaching the report as well with this query. Thanks in advance.

My mother saw blood in her urine 10 days back. It was like for 2 days and then it did not happen. A day before that she was out in a hot and humid place for a whole day and ate some inflammatory food. Apart from this she is not having any other problem. So should she get some tests done for this or should we wait if the problem reoccurs?

Hai i have burning sensation while urinating and after urine analysis showing pus cells 4-6 and rbc 1-2 bacteria seen in urine but urine culture no growth it's uti i have infection or not?
