Kidney Problems

I have done ultrasound scan recently everything normal. But urinary bladder moderately distinded and is normal mentioned in the report. I worried about that word. No pain in that area.

Recently I visited a hotel, when I urinated I observed that there was red thin thread in commode . On careful observation I realised there are a lot of thread like things in wash basin and commode . I still got my urine tested. Is attached report normal?

I have started getting blood in my urine. It happened twice in the morning. It stopped later but i am getting urine very frequently like for every 15-20mins when i drink water properly. May i know the reason for this please?

I got my seimen analysis test done and I was on levofloxacin 750 OD for 2 month and then stooped for 20 days and then again taken 500 mg for 10 days and after 10 days get my test done ..again it was 18-20 . It dropped down to 2-4 one month before Please suggest how to get the pus cell in normal range . And will it cause any harm to me  if it's left untreated .
