Urine routine shows pus cells - 11
Bacteria - present
Then I did urine culture and the result shows no bacteria.
I don't have symptoms of burning during urination.
I get pain on pelvic area sometimes but I am not sure whether it is urology related because I keep getting such on and off pain due to gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome.
My urologist says no need for treatment but I am worried regarding pus cells.
I have started taking telma 20 for bp since 5 days. Is there a chance the pus cells came due to telma side effect?
Because I have never ever had pus cells and even 2 weeks back my urine routine was normal.
Sometimes when my bladder is full I get a pain on my urethra and then it goes away once I empty bladder.
All other blood tests are normal.
No protein in urine.
I am confused about what to do .
Hoping to get some suggestions.
