Prostatitis with Brucella positive

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am having a burning urination problem and body chill and 12500 WBC count since 9 months . The doctor diagnosed prostatitis but after completing the antibiotics course of saltum it comes again so he referred me to the infection specialist. After that he did some blood reports and found brucella igm positive. Right now taking mikacin iv 500mg day n night and doxycycline twice . But still having urine burning sensation what to do

Antibiotics according to sensitivity profile should help.. drink plenty of fluids and try sitz bath(sitting in a tub of warm water)
