Peeing twice at night
I have to go to pee twice every-night which is very disturbing I don't get proper sleep. I sleep around 11:30 pm before going to bed i always pee and den i have to wake up around 4:00am to pee again and then 7:00am .. Because of not getting proper sleep i feel tired and lil bit of headache sometimes

Your problem can be due to any reason like dysfunctional voiding , inflammation of the prostate, uti etc. All these needs to be evaluated systematically to establish the reason for your discomfort.

drink less of tea/ coffee/ have less spicy food. stop drinking water atleast 1 hour prior to sleeping and urinate immediately before going to sleep.
