Kidney Problems

I am having pain during urination and having hindrance in urination. It feels like i am having stone in urinary bladder. Shall I need to undergone surgery or it can be removed by medicine ?? Please suggest

Here I m attaching a report where it mentions that calculus is seen in urinary bladder and PVR 85ML IS ALSO RECORDED. LIVER IS ALSO ENLARGED. DOES THAT MEAN STONES OR PATHRI. IS SURGERY THE ONLY CURE.

My specific gravity of urine is 1020 and albumin is + and pus cell is 6-8HPF so is it something serious no hypertension no diabetic

Hi my kid is 2.5yrs old baby boy. I am attaching his Urine Culture reports for reference. In urine routine test his Pus Cells were 8-10hpf. And in Urine Culture the bacteria found is Proteus mirabilis and colony count is >100000cfu/ml. He is having no symptoms and playing normally. Pediatric doctor has prescribed Septran Syrup 5ml - 3 times a day for 5 days. Pls advise if we are going in the right direction and also i want to know how bad is the infection.
