Small tiny dots on glans/wrinkles
Hello there is tiny small white dots on my glans and behind the glans which does not cause any pain and discharge, since 15 days some times it disappeared some time it shows more bumps which looks very bad and also my glans becomes wrinkled and not shiny at all, I am applying aloe vera extract directly from plants, please suggest me how to get rid and to get pink and smooth glans.

Those are normal fox fordyce spots on your penis and there is no need to apply anything on it.
Next Steps
don't apply aloe or other substances on your glans.consult a urologist in case of any problems.
