Dilated pelvis
I underwent open pyleoplasty in 2016 for hydronephrosis of PUJO . Recently i took Ultrasound, and CT Scan there it is mentioned dilation with ballonening of left renal pelvis noted apd 2.5 cm . But also mentioned that both kidneys fucntion normally and excretion also. No evidence of opaque stone in either kidneys also. Is dilated pelvis before surgery remains same size after surgery

You need to get a proper follow up after pyeloplasty and this should be done by a dtpa scan to exactly tell the split renal function and the drainage pattern in the affected kidney.
Next Steps
this follow up is needed to tell wether you need any further intervention. residual hydronephrosis is common after pyeloplasty.
