Ureter stricture to diabetic and CKD per
DJ stenting failed due to stricture segment L4/L3 due to flap/roomy space. Right kidney PCN done for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks Lap. Ureteroureterostomy/ open uretero ureteroureterostomy will be done suggested by doctor. Is this only the procedure to be followed for such cases and what's the success rate of the surgery?

Yeah procedure is appropriate for your diagnosis Usually the success rate is 80-90% depending on the length of the stricture segment
