Kidney Problems

Basically I am having burning at rest/after urination symptoms, lower abdomen discomfort, frequent urination in 15 Feb then i visited doctor on...21st Feb he gave me oxyfloxcin 200mg twice daily for 10 days the symptoms reduced significantly except frequent urination and then testicle ache/discomfort started on 28th Feb then again on 2nd March I visited doctor again he then gave me doxycycline 100 mg daily once for 15 days , after that all the symptoms reduced significantly by ~90%. but on 7/8th March the symptoms started again like fluctuating then on 14th March I visited urologist he then gave me levofloxacin for 10 days the symptoms reduced but starting fluctuating again on 21st Feb I did urine R/E test it was normal and then on 24th March I did USG- whole abdomen test : it showed 4.2mm non obstructing left renal calculus and UB wall thickening ( cystitis) i had sexual exposure on 23rd jan ..so I'm worried about STI what can it be?

Sir/mam, I have kidney stone of 3.2 mm stone. Situated in  right kidney ... Kindly advise me effective dite for remove this kidney stone and medicine.

I have poor urine flow due to  bladder neck obstruction problem  since 2020 .taken treatment from aiims ..mcu rgu normal..no stricture found ..ultrasound normal ..but urine flowrometry  max flow 6.3..doctor suggest to take alfoo..after taking alfoo...my urine flow normal..but now since few days .. frequency of urine specially at night is increased..again visit a good private hospital.. uroflorometry suggest 7.8 max urine flow..ultrasound.. report almost normal..pvr 40ml..fatty liver grade 1..doctor told me to do the RGU test..to find out any stricture..what is the permanent treatment for this..which surgery to done..my age is 37..married..one child

Age 29  M friend is taking Silodosin 8 mg from last 5 and started facing Dry Organs no sperm coming out at time of ejaculation

I am geeting groin pain...pain in pelvic joint.in inaguial area. ..pain increases while sitting ..presently taking zerodol tablet 2 tablets a day...not continuously..it's coming and going...but most of the time it's giving discomfort in groin area.

I had a UTI 2 months back. I took anti biotics and other medications. I am pretty sure, UTI is cured and my urine and culture reports are negative now. But I still have discomfort on my penis tip and around it. This is not going away, it is sometimes pain and sometimes just discomfort. Help me here.

My son had foamy urine in morning first urine,it won't dissipate for 10 minutes,later I pour it ,I took strip test it's negative, after drinking water the day full it's clear no foamy it's normal or not,I really scared of it

When I was around 11–12 years old, I used to have bed-wetting almost regularly at night. Then a urology doctor started me on hypothyroid medicine, and after that things were fine for many years. But now suddenly one day bed-wetting happened again, even though my thyroid levels are normal. What could be the reason?

My mother is 51 years old ..first she got problem of constipation then took meds after that she got loose motion..for which she took antibiotics then it got fine...now she's feeling light pain sometimes in right side of abdomen and when touching that area its feeling like swelling and  then burping happens ..whenever she touches it  and also feeling to urinate frequently and feels like she can't control ...so is this infection or any type of kidney problem...she has no sugar..

Urine culture done as requested and shows infection. Please see attached results. Infection has only improved slightly. I started having dysodium hydrogen citrate syrup two times a day from 12th march. Additionally after consulting i have been having flavospas tablets once a day since 14th march. Could you let me know what I should do next for the infection?
