Kidney Problems

I have blood in my vomiting sometimes when I drink water in morning before going to toilet. I did sonography of my abdomen the same day when I had blood in my vomiting. But everything was normal in report. My kidneys, my liver and my urinary bladder and my prostate every was sound okay. I am confused why does this happens. It have been happening since past many years. It doesn't happen everyday when I drink water but in a gap of month.

I’ve been experiencing a dull pain in my pelvic area for the past 1.5 month. It’s not constant it comes and goes, about a month ago I consulted a doctor, and he prescribed antibiotics. However, I recently did a urine routine test, and the report came back normal, with no bacteria present. What could be the problem? Do I need to undergo any other tests?

Hi Doctors, I had undergone Scrotal Doppler Ultrasound Scan 1.5 months ago, as a requirement for TESE procedure. The scan report impression stated no sonological abnormality detected. Post TESE procedure and after 15 days, I did undergo another Scrotal Doppler Scan as I have been having mild discomfort/pain in the right testes region. The report impression has stated - Right minimal hydrocele and   F/S/O Bilateral Grade 2 Vericocele. I am trying to understand, how is it possible for my  scrotum testes develop bilateral vericocele in a matter of 1.5 months from the last time tested with no sonological abnormality. Please advise if this is a serious concern and next steps to be undertaken in this regard.

Too much burning sensation in the urine place,  hands and feet , mirena inserted in 2021 because of heavy bleeding in the menstrual period.
